Topaz Rhinestone Banding
These 4-millimeter rhinestones are set in clear plastic caps and strung on a double cord for sewing down to a foundation. Currently popular even for traditional outfits, they can be used singly for an edging or massed for a solid unit of "Vegas" glitter. Either way, they really catch the light!
