Quilled Wheels, Double
These are called "cangleska" in Lakota and are a ubiquitous symbol of Indian Country.
Prepared, dyed quills are wrapped around a rawhide framework, held in place by wrapping and folding alone - no thread is used in the process.
Please indicate a first - second - third color choice in the COMMENTS section of the order form. Except for the wheels in the four traditional colors, all the wheels pictured are merely examples, not pictures of inventory for sale. Give us a preferred background color/design color, and we will do our best to find one for you.
